Mt. Rushmore

I am in Rapid City, South Dakota for training for my new job and my new boss took me to Mt. Rushmore because I wanted to see it sooo bad. It really is cool and if you have not been you need to get going!

I am so happy I got to see it.......I can now check it off my -to do before I die list :-)

Like 20 minutes away there is another rock sculpture called Crazy Horse. I never even knew about it till I got here......but a family owns the land and they are on a mission to carve the Indian Crazy Horse and his horse into the rock. You can see the face part......and they are still working on the rest. Look it up on the internet to see how it will be sometime in the future.....it is crazy and has a story that goes with it.

I got a job.......FINALLY!!!

For my new job I will be traveling all over Western Wyoming setting up trainings for elderly people and then helping them find a job after they are trained. I start October 19th and I have to fly to Rapid City, South Dakota for a week. I hope it works out?!?
